How it works
Documents go on shelves. Shelves carry dates. Dates become the day's work. The board sees the sum.
01
Documents go on shelves
Must-have, recommended, nice to have. Folders A to Z, so a document is always where you left it. Each one carries its dates and who may open it.
02
Dates become the day's work
A certificate that runs out on November 6 becomes a task on October 23, for the right person, with the consequence spelled out. Nothing to set up.
03
The board sees the sum
One readiness number, out of 100, from the shelves. Every item that needs attention says what happens if nothing is done. Print it for the quarterly meeting.
04
Decisions are signed
An approval or a signature is confirmed with a passkey or Face ID and recorded with who, when, and the exact version read. The history cannot be edited, by anyone.
